Adaptations: SFF Industry Talk

Excellent adaptations abound in this year’s Sydney Film Festival program, including Last Cab to Darwin, The Secret River and Holding the Man, which have been translated from the stage or the page to the big screen.

Screen NSW and Sydney Film Festival have joined forces to present an industry-only talk about this new crop of film adaptations. The filmmakers and writers will appear at a panel discussion about this hot phenomenon in Australian filmmaking on Friday 12 June at the Festival Hub, Sydney Town Hall.
