I am creating a short pitch trailer for a non-fiction TV show, and have a few five-ten minute interviews to be filmed.
Ideally you will have a certain amount of experience (student films and non-paid projects are fine) and I would love to see online examples of your work, just so we know we’re on the same page.
Creativity in the filming is encouraged, and I hope to avoid a “talking head in front of a white wall” feel. There will be close-ups and location shots. One interview is in a factory so you will need to cope with lots going on
There will be low light in one interview (a room with candle-light) so experience shooting in all kinds of places will help.
I have a Zoom H6 and lavalier mics and I will be helping with sound, but there will be times when I am on camera so need you to check levels too.
I can offer you $70 per interview which should take no longer than two hours each to shoot. They are all in Sydney’s Inner Western suburbs, so living locally is best.
There has been interest in the concept by a pay tv channel and if it gets picked up, and we work well together, there may be possibilities of further work.
Thankyou for your interest in my project and I look forward to reading your email, sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject TV PILOT
