Choc Tops Presents: Is ‘Content Producer’ a Dirty [Buzz]word or a Real Job?

By October 6, 2015 Events

Guest speaker Renée Brack  is a versatile content producer with over 20 years of experience in TV, print, and digital. She is a passionate storyteller and film buff, collecting a Promax Award in 2012 for scripting and producing the interstitial series Mad Menology 301.

She got her start as a journalist with the street press in the late 80s, made short films, and now has a small slate of features in development.

Storytelling is the mainstay of her professional life and has seen her title morph from ‘journalist’ to ‘content producer’.

Right now, she produces news for Movie Juice (Context Media / Network 10), is ghostwriting the autobiography of an Australian icon, and lectures at SAE College in film critical analysis. She is also a frequent MC, Q&A moderator, and social commentator.

Don’t miss Renée’s presentation at the next Choc Tops meetup at the Dolphin Hotel, Surry Hills on Monday, 19 October 2015, from 6.30pm – 8.30pm.
