Customer Experience Representatives – On Demand Movies

Here at Foxtel we recruit talented and courageous individuals to help us achieve our goal of being the best in the business! We’re now looking for a 2 x Customer Experience Representatives to be responsible for first-line customer service response and engagement with members of the SVOD online community on the new “on demand” movie service.

The “On Demand” team is looking for 2 very socially mobile individuals with an astute focus on the customer to join its ranks for the next 12 months. This role will require flexible working hours and will include some weekend and after-hours rosters.

•Proven customer service experience in an online environment such as online chat, online community or other similar digital communication methods
•Passionate about film and entertainment
•Computer / Tablet / Smart Phone literate
•Good understanding of Social Media
