‘Kite’ to Screen at Big Bear Film Festival

By August 25, 2014 Congratulations

Breaks film Kite has just been accepted into another US film festival; this time at Big Bear Lake in California.

Kite is a coming of age story about an only child left with the sole responsibility of looking after her mother while grieving the death of her grandfather.

Written and directed by Natasha Bassett, Kite was developed when Natasha participated in Metro Screen’s Artstart Young Screenwriter’s Program. It was then selected for Breaks funding in 2012.

Kite’s Producer Alex White, who received the latest round of Breaks funding, is currently producing How To Get Clean.

Congratulations to cast, crew and creators of Kite from all at Metro Screen!
