On Friday 4 September, Sydney Film Festival returns to Casula Powerhouse for the seventh instalment of its monthly program.

Based on the true story of cab driver Rex Bell, Last Cab to Darwin is about a cancer stricken cabbie (Michael Caton) from Broken Hill who sets out on an epic journey to Darwin to visit Dr Nicole Farmer (Jacki Weaver), in a bid to die on his own terms.

Filled with hope, humour and heart, Last Cab to Darwin reminds you that it’s never too late to start living.
