Maltesers Moonlight Cinema Returns with a Stellar Line Up of Film

Maltesers Moonlight Cinema has announced the first half of its highly anticipated 2013/14 program, which will once again see the cinema under the stars feature an exciting mix of advance previews, contemporary, classic and cult filmsAdvance previews that will be on offer include the comedy sequel, Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues; the drama starring Judi Dench and Mare Winningham, Philomena; the Disney musical fantasy-comedy, Frozen; the black-comedy starring Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts, August: Osage County; and the biographical dramas, Saving Mr Banks and Railway Man.

Throughout December, films sure to be crowd favourites include the critically acclaimed space drama, Gravity; the highly anticipated sequel, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire; and the comedy directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber, We’re The Millers.

Highlights also include the action thriller starring Tom Hanks, Captain Phillips; the action film starring Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg, 2 Guns; and the eagerly anticipated sequel based on the Marvel comic character, Thor: The Dark World.

Topping off the exciting summer program is the return of the hilarious minions in Despicable Me 2; the crime drama directed by Martin Scorese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, The Wolf of Wall Street; and the welcome return of cult classics including Dirty Dancing, The Castle and Monty Python’s Life of Brian.

Tickets for the Maltesers Moonlight Cinema are on sale now. The second half of the program will be announced on 1st February 2014.
