Walkley Finalist, Mary Meets Mohammad, premieres at Sydney’s Chauvel cinema at 6.30pm on Monday 4th November with filmmaker Q & A.

Don’t miss seeing this 2013 Walkley finalist and this fully independent film. A bit about the story:

Tasmania’s first detention centre opens and local Christian woman and knitting club member Mary meets Muslim Afghan asylum seeker Mohammad as they unexpectedly connect through the gift of a knitted beanie.
