Admin Coordinator

Full-time contract. Paddington location.

$47,000 pa plus superannuation

Metro Screen, the Centre for Screen Creativity, provides support to emerging and professional talent in the Australian screen industry. We offer professional development,  production funding, networking opportunities and access to screen equipment and facilities.

We are looking for a full time Admin Coordinator to join our team. The position is responsible for maintaining an effective office environment. Key responsibilities include reception, frontline communications, database coordination, financial data-entry and office infrastructure management. This role is very diverse with multiple points of contact, and is located on reception four days a week, and in the admin office one day a week.

This is an administrative role within a creative organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about the screen industry and meet the next wave of screen creatives.

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in a reception or frontline role

Exceptional customer service skills

Demonstrated effective administration skills

Experience handling financial data (MYOB)

Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible and reliable

Database and website experience is an advantage

An interest in the creative industries sector
