We are looking for a capable and experienced office administrator with great administration, reception, clerical, records management, bookkeeping and office support skills. The successful applicant will be a dedicated worker and a great fit with our values, workplace culture and cohesive small team. The Administration Officer’s primary role is to provide reception services and administrative support, undertake records management, organise Board meetings and provide general financial support.
The position is part-time at 20 hours per week on a 12 month contract, renewable for the right applicant if funding allows. The full-time base salary range for the position is $34 500 – $46 800 per annum dependant on skills and experience. The part-time salary is on a pro-rata basis. Generous superannuation benefits also apply.
This is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander designated position.
