Parallel Nippon – Contemporary Japanese Architecture 1996 to 2006

By March 12, 2013 Events

We are delighted to announce our upcoming exhibition, Parallel Nippon (Parallel Japan). The exhibition starts next month, and will be shown in two parts, covering the themes Urban, Life, Culture and Living. Parallel Nippon provides an opportunity to explore the evolution of architecture from the end of Japan’s bubble period into post-bubble times. It also shows how the changing of Japan’s social and economic landscape has inspired Japanese architects to re-evaluate their approach to design, developing radical new possibilities for the new era. We are also planning some related talk events for the exhibition period so stay tuned to our website, Facebook and Twitter for details.
