Playbig Film has an exciting opportunity for a production assistant/office manager to join our team. This is a full time entry-level role for someone who is passionate about film and looking for a career in production.
You will provide administrative support to the production team whilst gaining hands-on experience in television commercial production. You will be in charge of the running of the production office including meeting and greeting guests, answering calls and organizing meetings and conference calls. On jobs, you will be a part of the production team assisting with crew bookings and document layups. This position is an ideal foot-in-the-door with one of the best production companies in the industry.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an intelligent, motivated team player that has a passion to work in production. You will have an interest in film and the TVC industry and be a conscientious, proactive worker. Previous production experience will be highly regarded as well as familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
