Courses commence 9th and 11th May 2013. $499 (early bird rate if paid before 25 April, full rate $605).

Screenwise, Australia’s leading film and TV school for actors, is holding the popular six week Beginner’s Acting Course starting in May 2013 in Surry Hills. Don’t miss out on this Beginners Acting Course. For the more experienced Actor, try our Intermediate and Advanced Classes.

The format consists of one class per week over 6 weeks on Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings. This course is a great introduction to screen acting basics including:

• Improvisation
• Action
• Objective
• Motivation
• Interpretation
• Scene Analysis

The course is run by actor and tutor extraordinaire Philip Holder. Philip has been in the theatre, film and television industry for over 30 years. Acting For Beginners is one of our most popular courses thanks to Phillip who has been a Screenwise tutor for over 8 years. Phillip is also the CEO of K2 Solutions and is in a position that most actors dream of, picking and choosing his roles.

Classes are held at Screenwise Studios Ground Floor, 84-86 Mary Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010
