By May 14, 2013 Events

The Human Rights Arts and Film Festival (HRAFF) is devoted to the exploration of human rights issues through the creative mediums of film, art and forums. Presented in Melbourne and touring nationally, the festival engages audiences with stories about the human condition and inspires a stronger, more diverse human rights culture in Australia.

Join HRAFF in Sydney for a selection of powerful films, including: In the Shadow of the Sun (Tues 28 May), Informant (Wed 29 May), Alias Ruby Blade (Thurs 30 May), as well as a special art exhibition and forum at MCA. From the illuminating portrayal of Albinos in Tanzania, to the thrilling insight into fearless revolutionary Brandon Darby, to an underground operative of the East Timor resistance, these tales will connect you with incredible stories, remarkable people and extraordinary places.
