tvebiomovies 2013 – Environmental Film Competition

By July 18, 2013 Entries

Every day environmental issues hit the headlines. Add your voice to the debate by entering tvebiomovies, the film competition with a difference. With a chance of winning $1500 and having your finished film screened at the next UN COP conference in Warsaw, there’s no time like the present to enter.

Simply choose a category and tell us how you would use film to express your message. From seas to sustainability, agriculture to the avoidance of food waste and climate change to conservation, there’s plenty for you to think about. You just need to write a proposal describing your film idea – the plot, the location, the style, the more detail the better.

If it’s shortlisted by our judging panel, we’ll give you $300 to produce it. Two ideas from our 7 categories will be shortlisted so a total of 14 films will make it to the final. If successful, you’ll go head-to-head against the other film from your category in a battle for YouTube views via tve’s inspringchange channel. If your film wins, you’ll get $1500!

You have until 30 August 2013 to enter. We will accept proposals in English, French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic. Full terms and conditions are available on our website:
