At the last Networking Action for Filmmakers & Actors (NAFA) meeting, our speakers made reference to a video about CPR that was made for the British Heart Foundation. The video stars Vinnie Jones, who plays a funny, tough guy as he demonstrates correct CPR techniques. With over 4.3 million hits on YouTube, this clip has apparently saved many lives.

It made me think, we have the resources within NAFA to do something funny (but serious) like this! Of course, an Aussie version will need to be reworked, but we can make it happen at every level—concept, screenplay, production, casting, crew, shooting, editing, music and sound design.
It’s for such a great cause. So who’s interested?
