KiahRoache-Turner and Tristan Roache-Turner
The Roache-Turner brothers—Kiah (director) and Tristan (producer)—co-wrote the zombie apocalypse horror Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead which premiered at Fantastic Festival in the US before earning the dubious honour of hitting the top 10 pirated movies list on The Pirate Bay.
Jon Leahy and Rosie Lourde
Jon Leahy (director) and Rosie Lourde (producer) made their debut feature, Skin Deep, around Sydney’s inner west. The film premiered at the Austin Film Festival where it received an Honourable Mention in the Best Narrative Feature category.
Craig Boreham and Annmaree Bell
After making a slew of successful shorts together, director Craig Boreham and producer Annmaree Bell, are currently in post production on their indie feature Teenage Kicks which has already been listed in Empire Magazine’s “200 Movies to watch in 2015”.
After a record crowd funding achievement on Pozible, director Louise Wadley’s film All About E has recently entered the festival circuit, and had sold out screenings in Sydney and Melbourne. Louise is now using the audience-driven distribution platform tug.com to get national exposure.
