The KOFFIA Short Film Competition was once again open to all Australians who wished to express their connection to Korea through filmmaking. This annual event is supported by industry partners Metro Screen, The University of Sydney and Sydney Film School, and saw finalists compete for the $5,000 in cash and prizes on offer. The 2013 screening, which took place on Sunday 25th August, and awards ceremony featured 10 short films from our promising finalists, who amazed the selection panel with their talent and passion for the screen.

Jury Special Recognition Award – Double Truth, Julius Lee (GoPro Silver Edition)
Jury Award 3rd Prize – Inevitable Paradox, Hyun Shin (Cash Prize $500)
Jury Award 2nd Prize – Human Meat Factory, Anna Han (Cash Prize $1000)
Jury Award 1st Prize – The Worst Best Friend, Benny Lee (Cash Prize $2000)
